Medical icon Daniel Logan Worrell, DO

Dr. Daniel Logan Worrell is an orthopedic surgeon at Panorama Summit Orthopedics and is fellowship-trained in orthopedic trauma surgery. As an avid outdoorsman, Dr. Worrell has a deep passion for serving his community by helping his patients get back to what they love doing outside.

Dr. Worrell has always been dedicated to serving others. During his undergraduate years at Virginia Tech, he embarked on two medical mission trips and helped take care of the local community. After his undergrad, Dr. Worrell went on to earn his medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he dedicated his free time to Habitat for Humanity and serving underserved communities in the surrounding area.

He proceeded to complete an Orthopedic Surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic. During his time in Cleveland, he invested in the local community by providing care for the Garfield Heights High School Varsity Football team as the team physician. Dr. Worrell went on to complete his Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship in San Diego, California.

Dr. Worrell focuses on complex fracture repair, as well as hip and knee replacements but also enjoys treating a variety of general orthopedic issues. He views serving the local community as a privilege and finds deep satisfaction in helping his patients regain mobility. Dr. Worrell spends time getting to know each patient in order to tailor the proper approach to return to activity.

When he’s not caring for patients, you can find Dr. Worrell in the mountains, enjoying anything from fly fishing and golfing to mountain biking and running.
