Snow Sport Conditioning

Get In shape for ski and snowboard season! Join our free Snow Sport Conditioning Class!

Panorama Summit Physical Therapy is offering a free Physical conditioning for a healthy season and longer days on the mountain.

Join us for a series of exercise classes designed specifically for skiers and snowboarders. Improve your skiing or riding performance and reduce your risk for injury this year by participating in our free pre-season conditioning program!

  • Each weekly session will consist of a 60-minute workout designed and supervised by Colin Synder, PT, DPT.
  • Exercises will focus on the physical demands unique to skiing / snowboarding and will be progressed each week
  • Program will emphasize plyometrics, strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, and core work


Saturday, October 7th: 7am – 8am

Saturdays October 13th, 21st and 28th: 8 am – 9am
