Tara Barr, PA - C

Tara Barr grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, in a town called North Wales. She attended Penn State University for her bachelor’s degree and then Salus University for her PA degree.

Tara knew she wanted to work in the medical field and decided from the beginning that a Physician Assistant was the perfect balance between focused patient care and autonomy. She has always enjoyed being active and strives to make sure others can remain active too and enjoys helping people with injuries return to their specific sport or activity. This is why she enjoys working in orthopedics! Injuries for patients never occur at a good time and Tara likes to be another helping hand and friendly face to make the recovery process that much easier.  In her free time she loves mountain biking, snowboarding and hiking ,as well as, cooking and watching football.
